ACSM3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACSM3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 29,446 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSM3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUCLG2, COQ5, and ETFDH. Each is linked with ACSM3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSM3-to-partner and partner-to-ACSM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACSM3 versus SUCLG2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
