ACSM3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACSM3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,482 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1305P, MIR3121, and CRYBB2P1. Each is linked with ACSM3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSM3-to-partner and partner-to-ACSM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1305P grouped by ACSM3-low versus ACSM3-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
