Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACSM3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, eIF4E, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with ACSM3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSM3-to-partner and partner-to-ACSM3 results are reported.
