ACSM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACSM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,134 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IQGAP2_S1358, SORBS1, and THUMPD1. Each is linked with ACSM1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSM1-to-partner and partner-to-ACSM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACSM1 versus IQGAP2_S1358 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
