ACSM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACSM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5V1, OR4F4, and NLRP9. Each is linked with ACSM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSM1-to-partner and partner-to-ACSM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5V1 grouped by ACSM1-low versus ACSM1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
