ACSL6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACSL6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,164 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSL6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are INPP4A, DYNLL2, and ERO1A. Each is linked with ACSL6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSL6-to-partner and partner-to-ACSL6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACSL6 versus INPP4A in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
