ACSL6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACSL6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,940 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TERT, SFXN1, and RNU6-542P. Each is linked with ACSL6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSL6-to-partner and partner-to-ACSL6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TERT grouped by ACSL6-low versus ACSL6-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
