ACSL5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACSL5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,923 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM150B, HLA-DMA, and PSMB8. Each is linked with ACSL5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSL5-to-partner and partner-to-ACSL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
