ACSL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACSL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,073 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FASN, SH3BP4, and SH3BP4_S246. Each is linked with ACSL3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSL3-to-partner and partner-to-ACSL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACSL3 versus FASN in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
