ACSL3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACSL3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,696 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACSL3-AS1, TPTE2P5, and ATG12P2. Each is linked with ACSL3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSL3-to-partner and partner-to-ACSL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACSL3 versus ACSL3-AS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
