ACSL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACSL3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4G, Gab2, and ACC1. Each is linked with ACSL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSL3-to-partner and partner-to-ACSL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4G grouped by ACSL3-low versus ACSL3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
