Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACSL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,948 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACSL3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of phosphatidylcholine biosynthetic process, Positive regulation of phosphatidylcholine biosynthetic process, and Phospholipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with ACSL3 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSL3-to-partner and partner-to-ACSL3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of phosphatidylcholine biosynthetic process grouped by ACSL3-low versus ACSL3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
