ACSF3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACSF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,047 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSF3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TERF2, TERF2IP, and EDC4. Each is linked with ACSF3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSF3-to-partner and partner-to-ACSF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACSF3 versus TERF2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
