ACSF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACSF3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH6, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and IGFBP2. Each is linked with ACSF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSF3-to-partner and partner-to-ACSF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH6 grouped by ACSF3-low versus ACSF3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
