Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACSF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,736 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSF3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle uncoating, Anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, and Negative regulation of telomere maintenance. Each is linked with ACSF3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSF3-to-partner and partner-to-ACSF3 results are reported.
