Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACRV1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ACRV1 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher ACRV1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACRV1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC and COAD are the cancer types where ACRV1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
