ACRV1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACRV1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,531 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACRV1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DCAF13, DDX18, and HEATR1. Each is linked with ACRV1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACRV1-to-partner and partner-to-ACRV1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACRV1 versus DCAF13 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACRV1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACRV1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
