ACRV1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACRV1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 123 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACRV1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYCSP1, RNU4-14P, and SNRPGP17. Each is linked with ACRV1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACRV1-to-partner and partner-to-ACRV1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYCSP1 grouped by ACRV1-low versus ACRV1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACRV1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACRV1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
