ACR

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 182 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACR-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXO7, ZNRF4, and NR4A3. Each is linked with ACR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACR-to-partner and partner-to-ACR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACR versus FBXO7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACR→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
