ACR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 540 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACR-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-905P, PDHA2, and RSU1P3. Each is linked with ACR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACR-to-partner and partner-to-ACR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-905P grouped by ACR-low versus ACR-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACR→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
