ACP7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACP7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 767 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLA2G3, SLC5A1, and ESRP2. Each is linked with ACP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACP7-to-partner and partner-to-ACP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
