ACP7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACP7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, MSH6, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with ACP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACP7-to-partner and partner-to-ACP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
