Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACP6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ACP6 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ACP6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACP6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
KIRC, OV, and HNSC are the cancer types where ACP6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
