ACP6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,972 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACP6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RO60, BPNT1, and MICALL1. Each is linked with ACP6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACP6-to-partner and partner-to-ACP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACP6 versus RO60 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
