Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACP6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,259 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNFRSF8, SLC2A6, and ABHD14B. Each is linked with ACP6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACP6-to-partner and partner-to-ACP6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACP6 versus TNFRSF8 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
