Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACP6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,423 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCPH1-AS1, HK2, and CCDC117. Each is linked with ACP6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACP6-to-partner and partner-to-ACP6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MCPH1-AS1 grouped by ACP6-low versus ACP6-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
