Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACP6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, Lck, and MSH2. Each is linked with ACP6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACP6-to-partner and partner-to-ACP6 results are reported.
