Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACP5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ACP5 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ACP5 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACP5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where ACP5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
