ACP5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,723 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACP5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IFI30, DOCK10, and LCP2. Each is linked with ACP5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACP5-to-partner and partner-to-ACP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACP5 versus IFI30 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
