ACP5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACP5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,441 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACP5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTSS, IFI30, and NCF2. Each is linked with ACP5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACP5-to-partner and partner-to-ACP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACP5 versus CTSS in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
