Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACP5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH6, Akt, and PKC-delta_pS664. Each is linked with ACP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACP5-to-partner and partner-to-ACP5 results are reported.
