ACP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,917 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CYBB, STAT1, and THEMIS2. Each is linked with ACP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACP2-to-partner and partner-to-ACP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACP2 versus CYBB in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
