ACP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,363 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCF1B, NFAM1, and SIGLEC9. Each is linked with ACP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACP2-to-partner and partner-to-ACP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACP2 versus NCF1B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
