ACP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAPK_pT202_Y204, Notch1, and Rictor_pT1135. Each is linked with ACP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACP2-to-partner and partner-to-ACP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAPK_pT202_Y204 grouped by ACP2-low versus ACP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
