ACP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTNR1B, CCL19, and PNLIPRP1. Each is linked with ACP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACP2-to-partner and partner-to-ACP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTNR1B grouped by ACP2-low versus ACP2-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
