Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,902 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR68, TMEM18, and CEBPZOS. Each is linked with ACP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACP1-to-partner and partner-to-ACP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACP1 versus GPR68 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
