ACP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 145 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1256, RNA5SP419, and RNA5SP414. Each is linked with ACP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACP1-to-partner and partner-to-ACP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1256 grouped by ACP1-low versus ACP1-high in PRAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
