ACOX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACOX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,357 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACOX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSBP1P2, RN7SL627P, and ZNHIT3. Each is linked with ACOX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACOX2-to-partner and partner-to-ACOX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSBP1P2 grouped by ACOX2-low versus ACOX2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACOX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACOX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
