ACOX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACOX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,157 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACOX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCYT2, RAC2, and EVPL. Each is linked with ACOX1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACOX1-to-partner and partner-to-ACOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACOX1 versus PCYT2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
