ACOX1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACOX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,131 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACOX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CADM3, TXLNB, and ANKRD44. Each is linked with ACOX1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACOX1-to-partner and partner-to-ACOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACOX1 versus CADM3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
