ACOX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACOX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,593 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACOX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1257P, CRYBB2P1, and RBBP8. Each is linked with ACOX1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACOX1-to-partner and partner-to-ACOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1257P grouped by ACOX1-low versus ACOX1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
