ACOX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACOX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACOX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR51B2, LRCH2, and CBLIF. Each is linked with ACOX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACOX1-to-partner and partner-to-ACOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR51B2 grouped by ACOX1-low versus ACOX1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
