ACOT9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACOT9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACOT9-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, MEK1, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with ACOT9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACOT9-to-partner and partner-to-ACOT9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by ACOT9-low versus ACOT9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACOT9→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACOT9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
