ACOT6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACOT6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 238 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACOT6-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX6B1P2, TSPY15P, and SNORA36C. Each is linked with ACOT6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACOT6-to-partner and partner-to-ACOT6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACOT6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACOT6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
