ACOT4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACOT4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,708 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACOT4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTHFD1, HPRT1, and MAP1B_S1427. Each is linked with ACOT4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACOT4-to-partner and partner-to-ACOT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACOT4 versus MTHFD1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACOT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACOT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
