ACOT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACOT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,103 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACOT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBR7, BAG5, and HSP90B1. Each is linked with ACOT2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACOT2-to-partner and partner-to-ACOT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACOT2 versus UBR7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACOT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACOT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
