ACOT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACOT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 629 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACOT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFA5P9, RNA5SP198, and RN7SL447P. Each is linked with ACOT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACOT2-to-partner and partner-to-ACOT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFA5P9 grouped by ACOT2-low versus ACOT2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACOT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACOT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
