ACOT13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACOT13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,853 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACOT13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNF5, GNL1, and RASSF2. Each is linked with ACOT13 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACOT13-to-partner and partner-to-ACOT13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACOT13 versus RNF5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACOT13→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACOT13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
