ACOT13

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACOT13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,475 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACOT13-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGR3B, CEACAM3, and FPR2. Each is linked with ACOT13 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACOT13-to-partner and partner-to-ACOT13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACOT13 versus FCGR3B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACOT13→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACOT13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
