ACOT12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACOT12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,506 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACOT12-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOMM22P5, MTFMT, and UBR7. Each is linked with ACOT12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACOT12-to-partner and partner-to-ACOT12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TOMM22P5 grouped by ACOT12-low versus ACOT12-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACOT12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACOT12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
